Fabulous apartment, well positioned, super clean and very well equipped. I loved the coffee pods and milk on arrival and also the condiments available in the cupboard. Excellent quality linen and overall a great apartment

The only thing that could have been better was the key collection. We had to walk 10 mins with suitcases for the key collection of a drop box then 10 mins back to apartment. There was a key lock box on the door of the apartment so I couldn't understand why the keys were not there.

Lots of simple instructions so no chance of any difficulty. Their communication was excellent. We had 3 keys, but only one fob; though you could be buzzed into the apartment if needed. We found the apartment very warm, and asked for help with opening the windows a little more, and a very nice chap turned up later that day with two large cooling towers, and also demoed how to open the windows much wider.

Light and airy apartment, very stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and a good size. We had to collect and return the keys from/to a lockbox a few streets away, but we were able to get the taxi to stop off on our way there and back, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Great location in Ocean Village, just a short walk from the city centre.

A very minor niggle as everything else was spotlessly clean, but the inside of the oven and oven trays could have been cleaner. However, we used the baking trays in the cupboard - which looked brand new - so it wasn't too much of an issue for us.
