Staff was great, and the sales representative (Alma) was very professional and welcoming, provided support whenever needed

The security team can be a little bit more friendly. In the end, it's a hotel, not a military base 😀

Excellent Hotel, super clean rooms and amazing staff especially the Front desk manager (Avak), front desk (Thaer) and house keeping manager (Rakib) were so cooperative, helpful and amazing.
