Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und äußerst freundliches Personal. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Avak, Arkan und Zyad von der Fo – sie waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und haben mir wirklich sehr geholfen. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.

Location, the bed and pillows quality , extra big size room

Smoking is permitted in the restaurant which is very discomforting. There was not really hot water while showering , just warm and I had to wait for few minutes till in get warm enough to shower. The hotel in General need a renovation for furniture and decoration , I was expecting much better being in Ramada .

پروتوكل التفتيش الامني لايتلائم مع مستوى خدمة النزلاء رغم ان مستوى الخدمة في الاستقبال ممتازه والفندق بشكل عام جيد لكن هناك اخفاق بإدارة الشركة الامنية مما يسبب ازعاج للنزلاء
