"Lovely Apartment, well situated"

Lovely Apartment, well situated. There's a supermarket down around the corner and it's about a 10min walk to the new town. You are also close to the big shopping mall, also about 10-15min walk away. The complex had a lot of activities there, indoor and outdoor pool, Tennis, Volleyball, table tennis, pool, crazy golf. There's also a bar and a cafe there but they were closed when we were there.

Easy access to the city and the beach. Bus stop right there—also, walking distance to Centrum and malls. There are nice areas, parks, and green areas nearby. The indoor pool is a great bonus.

"The only nice thing was the swimming pool"

The apartment was well located and had a warm pool in the building that we really enjoyed. Wifi was working well and that was very important for us as we work remotely.

The apartment was super dirty. The floor was dirty, dishes was dirty and we found a dead cockroach down the table. We wanted to clean the apartment ourselves but the vacuum cleaner was also broken The bed was old and very uncomfortable, mattress was old. The pillows were those old cheap ones, filled with cotton that at one point ends up caking up and ended with cotton balls, so they were super uncomfortable and soft. The toilet lid was broken and ended up falling off.
