Great location & comfortable space

The master bathroom sink (right side across from the toilet) and kitchen sink did not drain. The house needs a toaster and a fresh coat of paint. Walls, kitchen chairs, inside refrigerator and bedroom/bathroom doors, sink (hair found in sink and shower need to be wiped clean).
