Smart Bungalow: 10-min to UF, Central Location

We loved the property. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful, well maintained with a spacious yard and a park across the street. The owner was very helpful and prompt in his responses. There was a booklet with tips and suggestions which was beneficial. One suggestion was to dine at Satchel’s Pizza, to which we also give rave reviews. Ten minute proximity to UF was also nice.

This is a really nice house with plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome bathrooms and kitchen.

Loved the location, nice fixtures & appliances

The host really considers the comfort of his guests. The house was clean and nicely decorated with comfy beds and thoughtful touches for people staying there.

The property was clean and comfortable, well equipped and in great shape. The hosts were welcoming and attentive. We had a great time. Would repeat!

Clean and much attention to detail. They have it all

The property was spacious and clean with nice amenities. The finished on the house were great. The extra snacks and toiletries were a plus.

The property is great! The neighborhood is in the middle of revitalization.

This house was very comfortable and obviously taken care of. It was an older house but inside has all been nicely updated. Lots of nice touches! All the toiletries you could need, plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. They provided a variety of k-pods for the Kuerig. There was a variety of games for folks like us that don’t watch a lot of TV on vacation (although there were two large TV’s-in living room and master bedroom). The dining room table easily accommodated eight people. The house was on a big corner lot with lots of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Even the backyard area had a nice sitting area which was lovely for relaxing in! The owners were very responsive and this was a great place to gather with family for any occasion!!

The only thing that wasn’t great was that getting to the address was a little confusing. The owners, though, were very helpful getting us there and overall it was a very convenient location.
