Apartment was spotless and homely. It was just as Davian had described it, and we enjoyed our stay there. It had everything one may need for a stay, aside from your personal belongings. It was also close to everything. Owner and host Davian was very attentive, sending us options of things to do while in Portland, checking in to make sure things were to our liking at Apartment and wanting us to know he was available to help if we needed anything.

Didn't like that there was hardly any parking available with street parking and no parking garages we could find close by. Learned that Portland has a parking deficit, but take pleasure in it because of all the tickets they issue daily. Got my fair share, so I've learned a valuable lesson in case I visit next time. So just be careful where you park when in Portland ( For first tmers ).

Location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown Portland entertainment and restaurants. Clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with necessities. Secure access at entrance to building and rental property. Frequent check ins from the Property Owner was appreciated.

Parking was a challenge as it’s street only.

"Pleasant"

Good location close to restaurants. Walk to downtown short on map but up and down hill is a different story for older folks over 60 especially at night.

Not enough comfortable chairs to sit to watch a movie. Only left about 3/4 roll of TP. Beds old and slanted to one side.

The apartment was very cozy. Separate bedrooms. In a neighborhood setting. Close to the old port and town. Close to the recreational trails. Clean. Fairly priced. Well equipped kitchen was great although I was not able to take advantage of it. Good to know for future return ... which I hope to do!
