The staff never answered when I request info, one day before they requested me a $500 deposit that I’m still waiting back, my bed was uneven I couldn’t sleep well they don’t have enough kitchen pans an so on.

The house was beautiful! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and It was close to the town just as it said. It was very modern with an equip kitchen. Nice big towels and plenty of them. They even had a few snacks!

The alleyway you had to drive on to get on and off the property.

Very modern and up to date inside

First unit was dirty, it took 1hr for them to get us in another one. The smoke detectors were going off from low batteries and the air mattresses they provided had holes and the role away bed was broke. There also was a missing ping pong paddle.

Fairly new, clean, large, nicely decorated house. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, as well as coffee, condiments and snacks. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living area was large. Location was pretty good, in the East End. 10 minute walk to restaurants and groceries. Reasonable Uber ride to downtown. Beds were comfortable, as was one of the rollaway beds. Bunk beds were okay (best suited to children, not adults). Two pullout couches in two living areas (not 3 as in ad) were okay. Three full baths and one half bath were clean and very convenient for a crowd. Three outdoor spaces.

House needed maintenance and supplies. One of the dining chairs was broken, as was the frame of the queen bed (we were able to rig it for for use by one person). One of the rollaway beds was unusable. (So 6 out of 10 people had a comfortable bed). Toilet in powder room kept running and the tap in the master bath needed replacing. The toaster and ice maker did not work properly. We were 10 people and we had one tea towel to use for 5 days, and no soap for the dishwasher. The entry door keypad was old and worn and took many tries to get it to work. The arrival instructions are vague and confusing. (Entry is reached down muddy flagstone "path" to laneway behind the buildings).The property management person was trying to get us to pay an additional US$500.00 as a cleaning deposit (until we proved we had paid a substantial cleaning fee with the booking).

Loved the location and house Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Would have been nice to have a more comfortable couch in main family room. Also, a bigger frying pan for kitchen.

A little confuse the location if using GPS to locate the destination

The house itself was fantastic, really comfortable. Came with all the necessities.

The entrance was a little awkward as it was at the back of the property. The alley was so narrow that one Lyft driver refused to drive down it.

The property was nice the luxury was great. The details in the house were nice. The communication with staff was excellent and helpful

Nothing really. Just maybe the walk around to the back of the condo C&D condo Needs a pathway or ?
