[Villa Fenice] Swimming Pool, big garden & Gym

La maison était grande, bien fonctionnelle mais une rénovation est nécessaire.

Problèmes rencontrés lors du séjour : Électricité : coupures fréquentes lorsque four, lave-vaisselle ou machine à laver fonctionnaient, perturbant cycles et réfrigérateur. Mobilier extérieur : parasol cassé, hamac promis absent. Éclairage extérieur : aucun sur piscine et jardin, accès impossible la nuit. Piscine : manque de produits, nécessitant l’intervention du propriétaire pour éviter eau verte. Portail automatique : hors service, ouverture manuelle obligatoire. Salles de bain : impossibilité de prendre deux douches simultanément, pommeaux vétustes, toilettes instables, seulement 2 salles de bain sur 3 annoncées. Cuisine : robinet instable, bouilloire cassée (remplacée le lendemain), absence d’eau chaude. Chambre 1 : matelas affaissé, absence de volets occultants. Salon et autres pièces : télévisions inutilisables, pas de Netflix, électricité impactée par le sous-sol. État général : maison nécessitant rénovation importante. Tous problèmes signalés au propriétaire avec photos, vidéos et échanges écrits. Des problèmes similaires avaient déjà été signalés dans les commentaires précédents depuis plus d’un an, sans correctif. Village de Nurachi, peu de commerces, assez désert.

Stunning property with great facilities. The kitchen was very well appointed the bed is very comfortable and the living space expansive. The managing agents were very community and helpful throughout the lead up to our state and during our stay. The family had a great time relaxing in the villa and around the swimming pool. Just what we needed after a busy year.

There are a number of repairs needed at the property which may be down to the end of seasons heavy use. Repairs are needed to the main access gate to the property and the front door lock was very stiff. The bathroom door did not lock and the tap on the kitchen sink, did not provide hot water nor was it fixed properly into the sink. These items were reported to the managing agents at the end of our visit and I would fully expect them to be addressed fairly swiftly. I would say however, that this did not detract in any way to our enjoyment of the villa.
