"Beautiful property with all amenities you could need, close to the belt line, conveniently located."

I loved the clean, spacious house, in very good condition, ready for guests and inviting the moment we walked in. We had everything we needed, with furnishings, dish washer, and washer/dryer, nice side by side fridge, oven, microwave, and outdoor patio with grill and enclosed back yard.

The AC thermostat was tricky to figure out at first due to automatic presets, but we figured it out

"Great value for a spacious, comfortable stay in Raleigh."

The home was very spacious with 4 bedrooms, nice kitchen, living room and dining room. I particularly loved the king bed with its soft, silky linens. Very comfortable! The hosts communicated the information we needed for a smooth check-in and gave clear instructions for checking out. Appreciated the coffee service since we are coffee drinkers. The travel time to downtown Raleigh was about 15 minutes so the location worked for us given the reasonable price for our stay.

Everything was great really. We had some trouble with the outlets downstairs but resolved it without much effort. We searched the kitchen for a pan we could use to bake a frozen pizza but none was available. A pizza pan or cookie sheet would be great for this kitchen.

The house was immaculate. Plus, they had tissues, paper towels, coffee, nice shampoo, great hand soaps, etc. It was fantastic! Plus the host was so polite and helpful!

Large beautiful home in a neighborhood. we were in town for a Volleyball tournament and the home was an excellent fit for our needs and convenient location, it was obvious this is a new rental property and very nicely done.

There was nothing we did not like, however I would note parking is on a very slanted driveway, and neighbors seemed to be unaware of new short stay rental and questioned us as we were out one day (not rude at all, just inquiring).
