the location, cleanliness and all the essentials within the apartment that were needed. Also had a great view

the sofa bed wasn’t very comfy however the other beds were really comfortable no sun loungers or chairs available for at the pool

I’m a 68 year old woman having no sun bEd was awful I can’t sit on the ground.no balcony was a big let down .awful holiday for me and my family from arriving .you let me down badly we arrange with the lady in your office to drop our suitcases off after we dropped our keys and pick up later only no one turned up .we really struggled with the heat dragging suitcases around .the electrics in the apartment were very bad tripping out all the time I did not feel safe .if you had a shower the water came out of the plug socket on the kitchen wall terrifying .
