La ubicación y el confort. La casa disponía de todas las comodidades, amenities más que suficientes. El sistema de apertura por aplicación muy útil y además hace que no se pierda tiempo buscando llaves.

La casa no era accesible, en todas las habitaciones a partir de la galería había un escalón bastante alto. El parking era incomodo y tuvimos problemas con el dueño de la plaza de al lado, pese a que el coche estaba dentro de las líneas de parking, Nos llamaron de la empresa la noche antes de nuestra marcha mientras estabamos cenando para comentar de que se quejaba de no poder abrir la puerta pudiendo entrar por el otro lado, ya que el lo ajusta para alejarse de la columna y además tiene una moto en la misma plaza.
