An amazing property if you plan on staying close to the airport but want to stay by the beach and have a more authentic experience. The villa had all the amenities we could need with an amazing pool. The location was well situated to get to the airport (if you have a car) as well as getting to the beach and other local attractions. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Kadmos' hospitality was amazing. The house was fantastic and clean with a great size pool, well kept pool. All amenities very close by and only 5 min walk to beach. Will definitely stay again.

Kadmos was very welcoming and friendly - showed us around the villa and answered all questions we had. Both owners are very nice and pleasant to deal with + very helpful. Property itself was also amazing and with cozy swimming pool - kids spent most of their days playing in it. Good location, close to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely recommend to all to check out this villa when looking for relaxing stay in Porto Rafti (or with close proximity to Athens - about 45min drive from city centre)😊

Quiet neibourghood, awesome equipted house. Friendly for invalids. It has its own Elevator. Very nice and clean pool. The owners who are always ready to help
