Theresa is an incredible host, she is so knowledgeable about Trinidad and the surrounding area, and is great conversation! The location is perfect, quiet but right next to downtown, and she’s got some perfect options for a quick snacky breakfast! 10/10 stay, definitely will never stay anywhere else in Trinidad!

Everything was perfect, there’s nothing to dislike!

"A lucky find!!!"

I really enjoyed my stay, for Theresa is a hoot!!! She is a "daughter" of the Pino family who were the earliest settlers to southern Colorado... her home is spotless, and fitted with antiques, old photos and books... an older home in an older neighborhood very close to the main street through town... I would return any time!!!

It was all good!!!

"Excellent find, excellent stay!!!"

This was a most worthy find!!! Theresa is a hoot!!! She is a daughter of the famous Pino family, earliest settlers in southern Colorado!!! The place was so quiet, and Theresa has done a wonderful job of restoring the old house... it felt homey!!! Loved the antiques and old photos... she's into genealogy of southern Colorado and northern New Mexico... I really enjoyed her down to earth quality!!!

"We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at "Teresa's Bed & Breakfast"."

The hostess had several breakfast options to choose from. The hostess was very friendly, hostpitable and familiar with the town. The house and yard very clean and well kept. The house was located only a few blocks from the historic downtown and museums.

We would have preferred a queen size bed, but we made the adjustment.

The house is itself an antique -- more than 100 years old, tastefully furnished with beautiful antique furniture. Theresa keeps it clean and orderly, comforting for guests. She is attentive to the needs of her guests and exceedingly helpful. The sharing of bathroom and kitchen were well managed.

The city outside Theresa's BnB is less commodious. There was carryover fireworks from 4th of July (though it was July 9), and a lot of street noise from cars, trucks and motorcycles. Within our room, we would have appreciated a second chair and a bit brighter lighting.
