A20 - Boutique Apartment Best location, By BQA

Location was good, central for all transport and shopping. The apartment itself, appearance from outside, you wondered what to expect! Entrance gloomy and stairwell no well lit, but discovered lightswitch when settled in. The apartment was well furnished and met our needs. Met 2 supervisors when we arrived, who had just inspected the apartment, bin hadn't been emptied, but cleaner arrived and resolved this. Good communication via WhatsApp for any issues.

Lack of towels - arrived to find 1 towel each for a 3 night stay! Asked if they would be changed daily, but no. Cleaner brought extra 2. Got by using washing machine, but didn't expect be doing this on holiday! Better pillows and a shower mat would be good. The Wi-Fi/Internet connection was poor.

Location is very good and have an amazing nightlife nearby.

The beds are just awful, constant squeaking sound, the lats were broken, blankets were just too short.

The apartment is modern

The building outside is a disaster. When we entered the building, we almost turned back as it was very ugly, dirty, etc. The bed was very bad every moment it made noises. Literally, you couldn't move without noise. I needed to ask for new clean towels every day. From the first day, there was no towel in front of the shower, no hand towel, and every day I had to text to get a bath towel. (We spent 5 nights there.) Once, they brought the towel at 9 PM.
