There was nothing that we did not like about the property.
USUSUSUSIt was close to the beach . Love the swimming pool and the hot tub. The apartment was Nice and the neighbors were nice. I also liked that they provided beach chairs and an umbrella for use during our stay.
My grandmother had a time with the steps not a lot of steps but when you're 75 it's a lot, but nothing for us young folks.
USThe location was perfect. It was an end apartment with three bedrooms and three baths. Perfect for myself, my nephew, and his son. Everything in the apartment was well stocked and the owner went above and beyond to leave us water and beer in the refrigerator and a bottle of wine on the dining room table. This was exceptional and has never been done in the many other rentals I've stayed in at Pawleys Island. They even made available beach chairs and other gear for the beach. I've rented often in Pawleys Island and this place was the best I've been in.
I have no complaints about this rental - we had a great time staying there.

USThe unit had plenty of parking and was very clean - bright and roomy. We loved the space it offered for our family getaway! We came for a quick getaway before the back-to-school hustle starts and were not disappointed. This place was perfect for us. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom space. The kitchen has everything you really need. We appreciated having access to launder our beach towels and swim suits before packing to leave. There is a nice screened in balcony that we enjoyed our early morning coffee on. It’s nicely shaded and pleasant in spite of the summer humidity. We also appreciated that this unit didn’t have any carpet. We came to enjoy the beaches so it was nice not to have to worry about getting sand in carpets. Keith was a most helpful and responsive host. We had an issue with accessing the master bedroom tv and he was quick to help us resolve that. We’ve had bad experiences other places with bad mattresses so we’re always crossing our fingers that we get good ones when we book a stay. This unit did not disappoint! The mattresses on all the beds were very comfortable! There looked to be a nice pool a very short distance from this unit, but we didn’t use it during our stay. We came with plans to spend all of our time at the beach so we were happy to find a lot of nearby options for that! There is a nice beach just a few minutes from this unit. We drove by when we arrived to check it out, but there was limited public parking so we opted to drive to Huntington beach State Park both days. It’s about a 15 min drive and is pay to park, but was worth it for us since we planned to spend the entirety of both days there. It offered a Nature Center, kayaking, fishing, hiking trails and more! We thought it was well worth the cost. There is a nice storage area under the stairs where chairs and a beach umbrella are stored that you have access to during your stay.
There really isn’t anything not to love at this property. It’s on the second floor, but even so - it’s not bad at all to access, even if you aren’t a fan of stairs.
