No breakfast good location

Generally ok, however house was clean, dated in need of a touch up, garden in poor condition

Excellent location. No parking but multi-storey nearby which was cheap. Decent size rooms. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Facilities were quite good.

It was not as clean as it might have been. Maybe cobwebs in every room and spiders. The kitchen, bathroom and bedding were clean. Poor impression on arrival as front door covered in cobwebs, it didn’t affect our stay but first impressions are important. Windows were also dirty. The courtyard was scruffy, old plastic patio set and weedy.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from centre. Beds comfortable. Good size for a family of 4. Toilet paper, bedding, towels, cutlery all included.

Garden could do with a tidy up.

It was lovely home away from home in a wonderful location. It had everything we needed. It was well stocked.

The toilet door didn’t have a lock on it, plus we almost got a parking ticket. Visitors car parking permit would be a good idea.

The location is excellent. The multi storey car park is round the corner and it’s a very short walk in to Tenby or to the beaches. The layout of the house is good, sofas are comfortable, there is a good smart tv and the kitchen was well-equipped. The kitchen worktops and floors were clean. The heating and washing machine worked well.

The property needs a bit of care, particularly to the outside. The garden was covered in weeds and the furniture dirty and worn out. There were massive cobwebs on the outside of the lounge window and the front door was rickety and difficult to open. The bathroom door had frosted glass in it so doesn’t feel very private. There is no lock on the door either, although a door stop was available. Some of the towel hooks were broken so it’s just this attention to detail that needs addressing.

Garden needs a tidy and floors a little cleaner

The house is great , everything you would need was there. Great location.

The garden was very poor , broken slabs which moved when stood on and over grown with weeds, 1 table and 2 chairs . So the weather was great but unable to enjoy it outdoors. The bathroom door has a large window in it , which is frosted but still allows everyone to see what your doing while your using it. We had to throw a towel over the door to have any privacy plus no lock.

First time renting a property rather than staying in a hotel or guest house and was really happy. Great location to tenby arches and right next to sainsburys supermarket. Clean, tidy and spacious 3 bed. Check in and check out really simple. I appreciated having some basic food condiments and cleaning products already there.
