The location.

Where do I start. Downstairs the covers over the sofas were grubby and looked dirty. The sofa didn’t look any better. Furniture was dated. Kitchen had small mites so had to store all non-fridge foods in the microwave. Stairs were not suitable for people not sure on feet. This wasn’t made obvious in advert. Upstairs the bathroom had mouldy tiles and rust in shower. The bedrooms sheets were grubby and mismatched. Top sheet was different from bottom sheet was different from large pillowcase which was different from small pillowcase. The throws over the beds were grubby and the room with the 2 beds in it, the throws were not suitable for bed cover. There was an incessant ring and him from pipes which stopped a proper night sleep for all.

Amazing view and fantastic location

I feel an upgrade on the soft furnishings would make it more appealing especially the bedding.

Great location. Amazing sea views. Apartment had everything we needed for a great price.

Only if we’re being picky, it could do with a ceiling fan in the second bedroom otherwise absolutely no complaints

Location perfect, right in the centre of las Americas but still quiet at night. Lovely sea view, you can hear the ocean waves at night. Good space in the apartment. Pool area and pool bar great. The complex as a whole was peaceful, even at night.

Balcony exposed, no parasol or awning. Needs air conditioning as bedrooms too hot & windows only small in main bedroom. Bathroom needs an extractor fan. Sunbeds + mattress + parasol at poolside expensive if you were to go every day (€23 for 4 people).
