Location and security on site.

Lack of communication from the host and cohost during booking process especially when you live abroad. Upon checking in toilet wasn’t cleaned that I had to scrub. Duvet and kitchen items had hair strands on it that I had to rewash. Washer was leaking. Overall, it’s an ideal location but the hosts need to improve on their quality of service to meet customers expectations and standards.

Amazing location. Modern-ish and clean throughout and Charnele and all of the staff were amazing - very responsive and friendly and nothing too much trouble.
