The apartment was clean and located in a very convenient area of Madrid, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable.

First of all, the soundproofing is extremely poor. Every few minutes you could hear the doors from the neighboring apartments slamming, and since this is a large apartment complex with many tenants, the noise was constant — especially on the weekend when we stayed. Inside the apartment itself, the sound insulation was also bad: even moving around or opening a door was loud enough to disturb others. When I contacted the hosts about the noise, they acted surprised and claimed they weren’t aware of it, even though it’s mentioned in many other reviews, which felt a bit disingenuous. Lastly, the staircase is very steep and somewhat dangerous, making it difficult to go up and down safely.

Un loft muy acogedor, cerca de muchos supermercados y bien conectado con el transporte público. Amplio y cómodo, en un barrio muy tranquilo. La interacción con el propietario fue excelente y no nos faltó de nada. ¡Nuestra estancia fue fenomenal y nos fuimos muy contentos!

Cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Está en un barrio muy tranquilo, con paradas de bus y metro muy cerca. Varios sitios donde comer y un supermercado en la misma calle.

La única pequeña pega, la escalera de acceso a la habitación. La medida estandar de distancia entre escalones es de 19cm y estos están a 25cm, hay que ir con cuidado.

There is all you need for a short stay if you plan to visit the city. It's small but well equipped. The location is 10 min to city center by public transport and 30-40 min if you want to walk. Good contact with the host.

The way the apartment is designed and located doesn't allow regular windows which would be great to let the natural light in. But we anyway spent most of the day outside so it didn't matter so much.

It was clean and has a good location near the park, bus station (2min), supermarket (1min), bars. It good equipped and perfect for a short term stay. Easy peasy access with the phone. Pretty quiet. Though earplugs still can be needed if your sleep is sensitive. The host respond fast if any problems/questions.

The absence of some little treats as some tea/coffee/washing machine capsules. No day light through the windows. When it’s cold outside, it’s cold inside. Uncomfortable pillows. For someone the stairs due to two levels type of apartment could be a problem.
