We loved everything, such a warm welcome with lights on and music playing, as soon as you walked in we were greeted with the smell of cleanliness. The pool was clean and warm, the hot tub great after the long days. The house is close to EVERYTHING! The resort was so clean and the staff at both the club house and gates were very friendly and helpful. Host was amazing and very quick at responding. We will definitely book again! See y’all next year!

The villa wasn't 100% clean. Found personal clothing items behind washing machine machine and items under the bed. Cigarette butts already mentioned.

"Home was lovely, would stay again."

Home was clean, looks just like pictures. Property managers were responsive and friendly.

There were ants on the upstairs couch and bed. Guest before us must have had food and the area wasnt properly cleaned. I did mention to property managers who asked if I needed it dealt with asap. We declined as we were not spending much time upstairs anyways.
