L'appartement était propre, spacieux, bon emplacement, nombreux restaurants proches. Binta est réactive surtout lorsque j'ai eu mon problème d'électricité. Franchement je recommande

Très beaux appartements et très propre. Les chambres sont équipées d'une salle de bain et sont très spacieuses. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Bon emplacement Mention spéciale pour Binta qui est très accueillante et disponible. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter.

L' emplacement de l' appartement situé dans la quartier des Almadies est top. L' appartement est top.

La terrasse du roof top devrait être plus mise en valeur. Améliorer l' équipement afin que les clients puissent mieux profiter de cette terrasse qui a une vue magnifique.

Il y a 3 chambres

Manque d entretien de l appartement, Manque d entretien des parties communes Une déchèterie en face de la cuisine qui ne donne pas envie d utiliser la cuisine . Des voisines sont devant la fenêtre et la chambre à coucher et parle de 15: à minuit . Pour se garer il est très difficile . Les toilettes nécessitent plus d entretien et les draps des chambres manquaient de propreté , Les matelas sont aussi amortis . Dans la chambre principale pas de porte , ( très étrange ) il semble qu un locataire leur ai cassé . Le tapis du salon n était pas propre . L entrée de la résidence aussi n est pas propre , il y a de la poussière partout dans les escaliers .. l immeuble a l air juste abandonné . Dommage car cet appartement aurait eu du potentiel si il y avait plus de propreté et plus de fenêtre . Toutes les fenêtres donnent sur de la saleté .

"Bad stay at Molo house"

Nothing much to be honest. Never again

It was noisy because people outside talking until late in the night. So it was not possible to sleep well at entry side. Noisy once people enter and go to the different floors. The gym are not maintained! The pool also. Not clean. No one should go swim there!!! The only friendly and kind person was Binta. In addition they only are interested to close a rent with booking, but after that no any service are working! No rami to the airport, no early check-in, no to be honest, never again!!!

Very clean; owners were accommodating. The location is great, close to everywhere. I will be coming back next time in Dakar for sure.
