FINESTRA SUL BOSCO - MONOLOCALE MARILLEVA 1400

Appartamento completo di tutto, piccolino ma vivibilissimo, abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni e non ci sono pesati per nulla. Appartamento pulitissimo. Piano cottura con fornelli a induzione piccolo frigo, letto comodissimo e tavolo a scomparsa. Il monolocale è inserito in una struttura dove si possono trovare market, sala giochi, lavanderia e vari ristoranti vicini se non si ha voglia cucinare. L' host è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo premurandosi di come il nostro soggiorno stesse proseguendo e chiedendoci se avessimo avuto bisogno per qualunque cosa.

purtroppo non c'è un parcheggio fisso ma ci sono un paio di posti dove poter posteggiare senza andare lontano dal monolocale. Se ci sono tanti ospiti nella struttura il parcheggio è a 400 mt, non lontano ma in salita.

The location is perfect and conveniently close to the ski lift, with a ski deposit right next to it, or you can ski directly to the door of the ski deposit. The host is incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions. The property is clean and just the right size for a couple on a ski trip. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and easy to use. Overall, highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back for our next ski trip!

The apartment was cosy and clean, equipped with all necessary appliances. We were provided with everything we needed.

The description of this facility does not match the reality. It is not a ski-to-door option, as advertised, which I wish I had known before booking. Reaching our ski locker required approximately six minutes each day. This involved taking two elevators, navigating long corridors, walking around the pool, and heading to the farthest end of the ski depot. During peak times, this could take twice as long. Moreover, finding the ski depot on arrival was challenging, and the host's response—to ask someone for directions as it was "complicated to explain via message"—was not helpful. It is crucial to emphasize that the ski depot is not accessible by car, which added significantly to the frustration of the experience. While the description states there is no dedicated parking for the apartment, it is important to note that parking is unavailable anywhere nearby. The closest parking spot, which the host claimed was 300 meters away, was actually 550 meters uphill according to my GPS—and it was frequently occupied. A more realistic option was 750 meters away. This meant that on departure, we had to walk 750 meters uphill, retrieve the car, drive it closer to the apartment, go to the ski depot on foot to collect our equipment, and then carry our skis and boots all the way back. On arrival, the process was simply reversed. When I complained about the inconvenience, the host dismissively suggested I "enjoy the surroundings," which I found particularly rude. Lastly, privacy was an issue. The apartment is connected to another via a shared door, through which every sound could be heard. We could hear conversations, the clinking of cutlery, and even the preparation of meals. This lack of soundproofing significantly affected our comfort.

Apartament jest malutki ale komfortowy i dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko jest nowe i czyste. Z przestronnego okna widok na las i góry. Właściciel jest miły i bardzo pomocny. Z apartamentu na piechotę można dojść do gondoli przy której jest przechowalnia sprzętu i można do niej wrócić na nartach. Bez problemu znaleźliśmy darmowe miejsce postojowe 5 min. od apartamentu. W pobliżu jest też dobrze zaopatrzony sklep i za dodatkową opłatą basen.

Przez ściany słychać każde słowo więc na prywatność nie ma szans.

Do wyciągu można podjechać windą i przejść schodami kilkanaście kroków, ale to jeszcze etap bez butów narciarskich i nart, które czekają w ciepłej narciarni.

Jest problem ze znalezieniem miejsca do parkowania.

Wiecej miejsca niz sie spodziewalam. I wszystko super.
