Location was incredible - so close to Central Christchurch but just far enough away to be quiet at night.
It's a minor thing - but we would have loved more flexibility around an earlier check-in.

Nice, very clean, comfortable and centrally located to Christchurch city centre. Utensils available with very little left wanting. Once again exceptional value.
Parking can be an issue, be sure to organise appropriate parking.

Very good location, just minutes from all the action and food areas Very modern unit and clean. Host was very responsive with messages. Toilets have bidets which I love.
Having no bathroom downstairs was kind of an inconvenience. If you have little kids, the balcony/window in each bedrooom might be a safety issue. 3 floors might be a problem if you're traveling with people with disabilities or elderly.
