Very modern and location is amazing. Also loved no key needed and only had to code in digits. It’s walking distance to the city centre and Hagley Park. Utilities in apartment were great. Even had hair dryers with diffusers in all four bathrooms.
Probably parking but there is a Wilson’s car park about 2 minute walk away. We stayed over the weekend - so if you read the signs right out on the street you you can park for free.

Great location, clean, modern, spacious, 4 bathroom , whole place was fully equipped
Nothing at all, minor issue only when we had an Uber delivery, it was hard for the driver to find the location, we had to go out to main road and give him another location where we can meet him.
