Decent space for short term business trip. Clear message about the rules.

The restroom door is a bit hard to close. I think it should be repaired. Lights in the living room isn't bright enough. Two cockroaches apppeared in the last night of our staying and frightened my colleague. I'm awared of those bugs since we're doing some cooking in the kitchen but nonetheless it's still quite unacceptable to let cockroaches show up in a airbnb place.

The location for this property is wonderful! Only a short drive to the Strip. Groceries, shopping, gas, restaurants all just minutes away. The duplex is in a quiet neighborhood. While old, the property was nicely decorated and everything was clean. The host is very friendly and easily accessible.

The property is old and has not received needed repairs - missing covers for light fixtures and outlets, a broken window repaired only with tape, cracked and peeling plaster on walls and ceiling, old, discolored caulking around windows, doors that won't close and/or won't stay open/closed as needed. The resident in the other half of the duplex has a dog that barks and howls all day while its owner is away.

The bedding was clean, plenty of towels, really nice host, great location: quiet, but close to the Strip.

Decent area, plenty of room for a family. Host was easily reached.

Ants in the bathroom and the internet was spotty at times. Trying to stream a show on the TV was frustrating.

Location is good, a few mins drive to Fremount Street and also supermarket. Price-wise compare to other stays in Vegas this place is a good deal. Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are big and the beds are comfy. Host is very responsive.

The house is quite dated. Tiles on the floor are cracked and the lights are very dim. quite a lot of ants in the bathroom and little cockroaches. Dead cockroaches are found in the living room too. Host was informed and responsed quickly, hope this will improve soon for the next guest.
