It’s relatively clean and quiet for Mumbai standard. The rooms had enough beddings and towels for everyone. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and some have walk in closets

The communication of the owner was inadequate. Before we arrived, we were informed that the owner‘s assistant would come to collect our due for the flat. On the day of, nobody came and I send a booking.com text to ask. No answer for more than 24 hours. The very last day of our stay, I informed the assistant what time we would be there. Still I received a very aggressive text from owner why we weren’t there to pay, even though I explicitly said I wouldn’t not be there at said time. I can only imagine if there was an emergency in the flat, the owner would not be available to help, given how little they seem to care about guests. Only one remote control works for 5 different AC, and the stuff agreed upon before our arrival wasn’t not arranged by the owner.
