Charming 2 Bedroom Near Downtown - Rose Tree 1

Quiet neighborhood, very clean rooms, separate rooms with doors and 2 bathrooms were excellent. Will definitely stay again for our next trip.

Everything was great!! There were no issues with anything.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were quiet and the hot tub and grills in the back yard were a great touch.

It’s a horizontally built four plex, one may have issues with loud neighbors though that was not our experience.

Convenient location, quiet area. The house had everything we needed. Would visit again.

Coffee pot had used filter in it. Coffee pot also has clogged nozzle and wasn' t working well despite multiple efforts of cleaning ( may need nozzle replacement). Bedsheets were slightly stained ( maybe not changed between customers?). Comforters too thin for this time of the year.

At first glance of neighborhood makes you a little apprehensive

With the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the place was very convenient for our party of 4. There is no dishwasher but the host only asks for the dirty dishes to be left in the sink. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean.

The temperature in Moab drops at night so one can sleep without running AC. Which is great because the AC in one bedroom was making a whining noise that would make sleeping a challenge. In the other bedroom the AC was installed in such a way that we couldn't open the window and couldn't take advantage of the cool fresh air.

Located in a nice neighborhood. Beds were great. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms were full sized with closets. Great patio with frills and hot tube. Single level complex...no stairs! Loved it. Would definitely stay again.

The property was super cute and the location was great. It was nice to have separate rooms and a kitchen :)

Charming rooms. Good location. We love Moab

One of the chairs literally had a leg come unscrewed--not high quality furniture. Wifi never worked for us. shower curtain stunk and obviously hadn't been cleaned. That said, the place was charming, the hosts were good and we had a great time in Moab. So I didn't give it a higher score for these reasons, but I am confident it will get better with time and feedback.
