Great location, really well layed out. Given the busy area we were surprised at how secluded we felt once we walked in off the street. The pool and gardens were super welcoming and created a sense of calm. Our room was very clean and everything was in working order. Storage in our room was one of the best we've ever seen. Double cupboards with room to store luggage for both travellers.

Leaving our key at reception when going out was never an issue, but when collecting on return it felt a little unsecure to see all room keys were left out. That said there was always a security guard or staff member near by. A discount or similar arrangement with the restaurant on-site would be beneficial. There was some noise at night from Bangla Road, but this is to be expected in this area. Rooms were quite well insulated though.
