A beautiful property in a pleasant location.

Carpet in the living room was loaded with pet fur. Could have been a bit more clean. We stayed with a six month old child, so it was a bit concern. Everything else was fantastic .

Location was perfect for travelling for various hikes and accommodation was to a high standard

Dirty. Smelly. Damaged. Not maintained, Photographs on website do not provide an accurate visualisation of the property in reality. Property described as accessible because it’s all on the ground floor, however the property is accessed via a number of stones and a broken up concrete path making it non-accessible contrary to the equality act. Unkept front gardens. Unkept back gardens. Barbecue coated Greece and dirty. Patio furniture with bird droppings on making it unusable. Back garden is in such a bad condition cannot be used. This includes overgrown with weeds and the collapsed wall onto the path making the path ussafe for use. Front window smashed. Lounge door hanging off. Images on Booking.com suggest that they will provide toiletries, not in reality they were not actually provided. Images on Booking.com suggest that a welcome pack with chocolate and bottled freshwater will be provided but instead you actually receive a non-branded pack of custard creams. Property described as being detached but in reality it is semi detached. Be aware the photograph on the website showing a beautiful front garden with a flagpole is in fact the neighbours garden not the garden to this property. This property supposed to cater for up to 6 people however there are not enough pans to cater for six people. A previous review does state that there is no frying pan to which the owner replied saying there is a frying pan. I can categorically state there is not a frying pan and there are not enough cooking pots and pans to cater for the number of people that would be able to use this property. Booking.com description states there is a sky glass TV at the property, there is not a sky glass TV at the property. We took over 40 photographs to demonstrate just how bad this property is compared to the photographs shown and compared to the price that we paid however Booking.com will only allow an upload of four photographs.

The home was perfect! Bola was very helpful in an emergency!

The owners comms were excellent throughout. My son has multiple allergies and we spoke about this prior to our stay. The property was cleaned to a very high standard ensuring my sons safety. The location was ideal and the whole thing worked perfectly us. Would definitely book again.

Not much really. Just ideal from start to finish.

-Greasy oven trays left in oven -Congealed cooked sauce on glass plate in microwave -Furry mould on grill in barbecue -Water supply to combi boiler was turned off. Despite the owner attempting to inform us as to what to do we needed to resort to YouTube and a spanner (which we fortunately had in our car) -Cracked pane of glass in front bedroom -No product hand books/instructions available eg for operating boiler, oven, washing machine -Only 1 bed with mattress protector fitted -No pillow ticks under top pillow slip -Litter on driveway -Wheelie bin overflowing with full bags at entrance to drive -Crumbling concrete pathway leading to property -(Unkempt grassy areas and planting beds. (this is not no mow May this is not being cared for) -Only 2 large saucepans with lids available (house sleeps 4) -No frying pan -Refrigerator door does not close properly unless given an extra push -2 trays in refrigerator door are missing from refrigerator (on top of cupboard) -Black mould around bath below shower -continuous traffic noise from A6 but we realise that there is nothing that an be done about this except remove word Haven from name of property as it is not a calm as in peaceful location.

The view is amazing, the modern intereior is so nice, great to have a little outside back yard, and a parking space

There were missing tea towels, a frying pan, and there were old food stains on the cushions of the sofa, and the bedroom window was broken.

Lovely spacious bungalow and well equipped.
