The location is great, the apartment is modern and well-equipped.

Communication issues. As the host doesn't exchange messages on booking.com the only written communication method is an email sent via booking.com, so some messages get cropped, and I skipped important information. I had to call and request additional check-in instructions that look more like a quest. Not a great thing to do after a long trip. Also, they're quick to send you a rent agreement with a long list of fines and restrictions but never answered my simple question about where to put trash. As I rented the unit for two weeks it's just anti-sanitary to keep it inside as they advise. So I had to dispose of trash on my own, that's embarrassing, especially with the $90 cleaning fee.
