I am satisfied with my safety in the unit since i am alone. The guards and staffs greated me everytine they saw me. The person incharge is ready to help in any questions☺️🥰

I love Jeff's units, they're always huge and comfortable. He and his sister is definitely great hosts! They're now my #1 go to when booking around Cubao. I love how accessible the location is to everything you need.

It was spacious. Loved the lights basically in every corner of the room. It had a hot and cold shower. The place was very comfortable and perfect for resting after a long day of traveling around the city. There's a convenience store just at the ground floor, but then you'll never go hungry because there are malls and fastfoos chains and restos everywhere in the area. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The owner was quick enough to take care of any issues during the stay, which was very minimal. Overall, it was a very good decision to have chosen the unit as a sanctuary during our short trip.

The convenience of the location, next to malls, terminals and train stations. Had the little hiccup but the room was great and the owner was able to handle the situation swiftly.

Their internet could use an upgrade. Have a mobile data as backup especially when streaming movies on netflix or videos on youtube.
