The bedding was not washed. Looked clean but was not washed after the previous guest. This must change ASAP

The place was cute and clean.

I found that for the price we were paying to stay over for 1 night for 3 people, I was disappointed at the stinginess and inconvenience of the place. I have been at the millennial before I paid roughly the same price per night but had a totally different experience- the services were all available at no extra cost and incredibly convenient. Reviews: 1. You cannot have an aircon and decide you will charge people R200 extra especially with the rates of a place in Umhlanga. 2. Check in and check out times were different than the ones that were indicating on bookings.com 3. They then decided to charge an extra R1000 damage deposit we only found out one hour before checking in. 4. You don't have a bin! We need to take our own trash downstairs ourselves. 5. You have a washing machine with a BIG sign written we cannot use it 6. Most Airbnb provide cute soaps and hand-wash but they had ugly dispensers which was not very aesthetic. And the towels provided were quite small. 7. It just all felt very cheap and a money grab.

Every thing about the place is 10/10 .... Everything was there and the staff were very helpful and friendly and willing to teach us anytime we r unsure! Indeed it was a home awaay
