Back Garden Flat with Free On Street Parking and Fiber WIFI - 15 mins to Ferry, Stadium, CBD

The accommodation was clean and tidy. Well appointed with a washing machine available if needed. We felt welcomed and that any issues, the hosts were available - we didn't have any, but definitely good to know they were there. Plenty of parking available too, which was a bonus and it was virtually around the corner from our daughter, which was perfect for us.

I can't think of anything negative to say. Just wish we had been able to coordinate things and meet our hosts

The location, in Karori ( a quiet vicinity), is excellent. The self-checking easy and practical. The warm communication before arrival, and during the stay with a cheering message of welcome on arrival . The flat is top clean, very comfortable, completely charming, with a large terrace and lots of birds around. But the cherry on the cake was meeting the family. Thanks, Jay and Rico, for your tailored advices, and everything.

Ein kleines, herziges Zuhause nahe dem Bikepark - perfekt für uns. Die freundlichen (Nasch')Kleinigkeiten, die Nespresso Maschine & die Waschmaschine, aber auch die voll ausgestattete Küche haben alle Erwartungen übertroffen 😀. Der Esstisch passt gerade für 2 Personen - klein, aber fein. Tiptope Busanbindung ins Stadtzentrum (ca. 30 Minuten, "Tür-zu-Tür". Wenn der Grillplatz/Aussenplatz im Sommer betriebsbereit ist, wertet das die Unterkunft nochmals auf.

Almost everything: You could get the place properly warm, the bed was comfortable, communication was easy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was sufficient space. Everything seemed in good condition and was kept in good shape. The washer-dryer was a big plus, and had it not been terrible weather, I am sure we would have enjoyed the covered decking (although we did encounter a rather large spider there the first night). Wellington is a very nice city to visit and the flat provided an excellent base for that.

When you're out a lot in the day, it's a bit of a struggle to air the flat enough for the humidity to go down (like almost all places we've stayed in in New Zealand, the insulation is so so), especially when it rains outside and thus it's not dryer there than inside. A dehumidifier would probably do wonders (there is currently a vent in the bathroom, which was fine for showering, and an air purifier or something similar, which didn't seem to do much when on). We got the hang of airing it eventually but that dehumidifier would probably benefit everyone involved and make it a lot easier.

Hébergement tout à fait correct, avec une belle terrasse qui doit être très agréable en été. Le lieu correspond aux photos. Equipements récents qui apportent du confort comme la machine à laver, la centrale vapeur.et une belle machine à café. La cuisine est bien équipée, fonctionnelle, et permets de cuisiner grâce au four et aux plaques chauffantes. Des petites attentions bien appréciables pour l'arrivée avec des snacks et tout pour faire du café, thé et chocolat. Echanges avec les hôtes de bonne qualité.

Je regrette que l'appartement soit aussi excentré du centre (20mns en voiture), malgré une possibilité de se garer vers le musée Te Papa avec un maximum de 60 dollars pour y rester toute la journée. Je regrette aussi le fait d'entendre beaucoup de bruits provenant de nos hôtes à l'étage supérieur. Je comprends qu'avec une vie active et des enfants se soit compliqué de ne pas en faire. Par contre je pense que ce serait bien par de le mentionner dans la bio.

Very well set up with everything we needed - even had a washing machine! Lot of thought gone into this accomodation! Very good value. We had a car and so found the location convenient.

No real issues. One bedside lamp did not work (wire broken) but did not affect us. Overall, very positive.
