Livello di pulizia dell’appartamento molto basso,la struttura è dotata di tende che non coprono totalmente le finestre quindi si ha SEMPRE luce nelle camere. La camera da letto più grande non ha un lampadario ma due piccole luci da comodino che funzionano a intermittenza,decisamente non piacevole. Non presente neppure una banalissima macchinetta del caffè bensì una moka. Da segnalare che,per chi ha necessità di silenzio per dormire, dalle 18 alle 2 di notte la musica dei locali sottostanti sembra sia all’interno dell’appartamento,per correttezza nei confronti di chi alloggia andrebbe segnalata prima questa problematica.

Mancanza aria condizionata anche se si è avuto un ventilatore per camera, Mancanza di tende alle finestre in due locali. Rubinetteria doccia da sostituire

Good size apartment. Centrally located.

Very loud music from bars below until 1/2am. We were there in very hot weather and owner informed us that the single air con unit had broken. He did supply fans but even if air con had worked it would not have cooled bedrooms as it was in the hall. The noise from the bars ( thumping base music) means this place is only suitable for those who want to party into the small hours. Also would avoid in very hot weather. Host was very pleasant though.

Bastante céntrico. Oliviero, el dueño, muy amable y profesional, atento en todo momento para que nos sintiéramos a gusto. Gracias!

Calle peatonal con bares y locales abiertos hasta altas horas, bastante ruidoso. Pese a los inconvenientes que surgieron (el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y nos coincidió con una ola de calor), Oliviero nos compró 3 ventiladores de inmediato para mejorar nuestra estancia!

Super friendly host. Beautiful historic apartment. Good room sizes, decent sized kitchen. There was wifi despite listing saying not available. Good location for the sights. Good local supermarket close by.

AC struggled in the heat and street below was quite noisy till late if windows were open Quite a.long walk from the train station

Pretty much everything was terrific. Lots of space. Huge kitchen. Really good rental.
