Cosy flat in Romford, 30 mins from London City

Nothing!

The host left me near the property without providing the key box code. And she didn't answer the phone calls. I felt panic, looked like a fake. I spent 1 hour outside. The host is very bossy and uses her power over guests I asked Booking to cancel my further stay and they also cheated me unfairly. Horrible experience, be aware of such hosts !

Stayed for two nights, the location was convenient for what we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and tidy. The host was nice and kept us updated.

It’s self catering but unfortunately didn’t have any cutlery or utensils, so had to buy knifes and forks. The area is quiet but the neighbours below the apartment were extremely noisy and loud played music until 1-2am in the morning.

The flat was clean but very basic. Easy parking.

One bath towel for 2 people, scruffy decor fixtures and fittings. No lampshades. Not at all cosy.

Very clean and comfortable, with good communication with the host.

Sparce kitchen equipment, could do with maybe another saucepan and lid and a baking tray. Other than that, excellent accommodation.

Location, parking, and communication with owner. Clean, and a comfortable place.
