Family Fun House with Hot Tub, Grill and Games

this house from 1993 y. is located in quiet neighborhood but car is needed to move around ( shops /starbucks/gas stations are 5-10 minutes away). the house itself was clean and well kept; in the house can sleep up to 10 people (3 double beds, 2 single beds and another 2 in the open space). The house has a lot of space, has a pool table and table football. 3 full bathrooms do their job. It takes around 20-30 minutes by car to reach Strip attractions. I would recommend this home to a larger group that wants to spend their stay in Las Vegas in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood

On our arrival the backyard was dirty and untidy with a dirty glass left on the floor; the chairs and table were also dirty. The tap in the kitchen was unstable, the door lock moved in several directions; the dishwasher and washing machine were dirty inside and needed preparation before use, the seals in the dishwasher were unstable; the electric kettle also had no base, which made it unusable, but the informed owner did not solve this problem;

Great, huge house at a generally very quiet location and a safe neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean, like the rest of the house. There is a wonderful billiard table next to the dining area. We also loved the "historic" PacMan machine, both kept us quite busy :-). The location is great for trips to the northern part of the city, and Valley of Fire State Park (highly recommended!). We definitely will stay there again when in the area!

Temperature could only be centrally adjusted by sending the hosts a message. During the evening you can occasionally hear the loudest motorcycles, pickup trucks and highly "modified" cars on the main road, although the house is some distance away from that road. However, during the night it was then very quiet and we slept very well.

Very clean and owner is very responsive and helpful. It was our second time there and it was great. Owner is helpful and assisted any need right away.

The house was so comfortable and clean. It was a great stay for our family. Perfect place to stay away from the strip. The kids had a great stay with all the toys. I would recommend this place to everyone. The host was very professional and friendly.

Nicely furnished, spacious and really cute.

The house is big, comfortable for 3-4 couples. Location is quite good, we didn't have problem reaching the city center.

The house wasn't as clean as it was supposed to be and we didn't feel comfortable with this. Also the dishwasher doesn't work properly - the water from dishwasher didn't run into sink as it should but it spilled on the floor instead, which made a lot of mess for us to take care of.

Everything is great and super convenient, I recommend it to everyone

Clean, modern house with plenty of space. Kitchen well stocked, lots of amenities in the house. Nice pool table, games and outdoor patio. Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host available for questions and recommendations. Stores and restaurants a short drive away.
