Modern ambience with lovely open kitchen-dining. It was clean, new and spacious with comfortable beds, tatami/futon experience including built-in projector.

Would have preferred the stairs to have 2 handrails for safety.

閑静な住宅街にあり、室内は広くて清潔感があるため、複数人（我々は３人だったが、６人でも問題なさそう）で落ち着いて過ごすことができました。 近所の川沿いのパン屋さんで朝食を買い、備え付けのコーヒーとともに贅沢な朝食を楽しむことができます。

特にないですが、強いて言うなら雨音がやけに響くのが気になりました。

I like everything about this place, own parking in front of the house, cozy living rooms, cozy bathrooms, and nice environment. Theres nothing to not like about this accomodation. 10/10 would stay here or other Rakuten accomodation again.
