In overall the place was good, quiet neighbourhood.

I didnt understand why we had to give a pic of IC/Licence of all the members who are gonna stay via whatsapp to get the check in info. Its not a pic of IC/Licence of who did the booking, they asked for everyone who stays, which was stupid to me, and when asked was mentioned their security will need the info to let us in and when we went there no freaking one asked our IC/Licence. There were no securities at even the parking spot. When asked on their name whom we are texting to make sure our IC/Licence will not be misused, they just said agent 604 and kept on repeating(text) that they need a pic of all our ICs/Licence to be sent to proceed with check in,like what the crap was that. We had no choice but to send a pic of both my parents, my brothers and myself to proceed with the check in. They should have mentioned this in the policy.

Location is near Setia City Mall less than 5mins drive. We chose this area cause our event is near. Last year we book the apartment which is right opposite the mall, which is even better.

The host required all adult guests to submit ID (IC, driver's license, or passport), while only asking for children’s ages. A RM200 deposit per room was required before check-in, payable via Malaysian bank, cash deposit, or credit/debit card (with a 10% processing fee), which may be inconvenient for non-locals. Fortunately, we were able to use the Touch ‘n Go (TnG) app. Despite booking frequently through Booking.com and Airbnb, this was the first time we encountered such requirements. Logistics Issues: We had to detour from the location to collect keys and access parking, so early checkout is advisable. The host gave no prior notice of late checkout charges. After we informed them of leaving at 11:54 am, the host replied at 12:32 pm with late checkout fees: RM40 for 1 hour, RM60 for 2 hours, and keys returned after 12:15pm will be considered as 1hr & RM40 will be deducted from the deposit. Video of keys returned sent at 12:35pm & luckily, the host did not penalise us. The key return lobby has only a 3-minute grace period. We had difficulty returning the key due to the lock. During this time, guards were patrolling the area aggressively, treating us as if we were committing a crime. While briefly discussing travel plans (less than 30 seconds) with my family in another vehicle before leaving, we were chased away by the guards. Other Concerns: The unit was on level 27, and with many guests checking out simultaneously, the lift was overcrowded, causing delays. The swimming pool was visible from the unit, but when they brought their children down, they were informed their block's pool was closed. The host had mentioned that pool closures could occur without notice, but security staff were unhelpful, simply saying "closed, don't know." A resident commented that the notice stating the pool would reopen had been removed, raising uncertainty.

Highly recommend this place for everyone to try! The host was incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and gave very clear instructions. The accommodation itself was also excellent — truly a pleasant stay.

Close to shopping malls

Bedsheets were dirty. There were fine hairs all over the place.
