Central Apartment with Pools and Parking #1934

The apartment was lovely in a great location with nice pool gardens. Very central and a good supermarket very close by. Great balcony

The oven didnt work well the temperature was impossible to control. The sauna and hot tub by the indoor pool were out of order which was disappointing.

Large apartment, impeccably clean. Large northeast balcony with table, chairs and grill. Not a picturesque view, but no direct sunlight either, so you can sit, eat, drink coffee and relax on the balcony all the time. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a lot of pots and utensils. AC with independent temperature control for each room. Two swimming pools and a gym. Shops, restaurants, railway and bus terminal - all within walking distance. Large Pingo Doce just around the corner. Total silence at night, but it was off season. We had a wonderful time here, thank you.

The bathroom: more light! One weak LED bulb is not enough. Moreover, it would be nice to have a few shelves or a cabinet for cosmetics and personal items. Capsule espresso machine of local system "Delta". Two weeks, three countries and four coffee capsule systems. It's getting mad, huh? Quite far from the beaches, but a weekly city bus ticket costs just 15 EUR. No coat hangers near the entrance.

Great but in need of refurbishment

We loved the apartment and loved the location. It is really near the centre of town and marina with quick access to restaurants and coffee shops. We had a car, so we could access to beach easily. If you didn't have a car you would have to walk 15 min or so to Maia Praia or Praia da Batata. But it is located in a lovely area of town and has a supermarket right beside the apartment.

I thought the pool area could be cleaner. There are a lot of seagulls in Lagos, so there is a lot of bird poo. I noticed them cleaning it on the day we were leaving, we had been there for 2 weeks. We were there early June so maybe too early in the season for regular pool cleaning.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable

Excellent location close to marina and old town. Great facilities, kitchen, jacuzzi bath. Nice grounds, very clean. Didn't rent a car but has a space if you require.

Very good location , close to Marina , Bus station and railway station , with excellent supermarket very nearby but in quiet location. Apartment is tastefully furnished with well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Communication with host was excellent with questions responded to instantly,

There was nothing to dislike.

Apartment well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Shower good. Kitchen had every thing you would need to cook. Short walk from town.

Just a personal thing but I can't stand coffee machines and would much rather have a moka pot or cafetiere. Also we didn't know the fob on our keys opened pool room.
