"You get what you paid for"

Location and view. Place was very clean apart from the very old and abused couch. Sheets and bathroom were very clean as well. The views are stunning and the neighborhood is great

Extremely outdated. Dishwasher broke- it was very very old and it was unusable. Couch was also very old and stained we had to cover it with towels in order to sit on it. Ligt fixtures in the kitchen were from the 80s as well, stained with grease. One of the fake plant pods was cracked; furnace is extremely noisy as a rocket takes off. Honestly I felt like I wanted to buy the place just so I can remodel it. Small inexpensive things will make it great. Table on the balcony was the cheapest on the market and broken. I wouldn't recommend the place and I wouldn't go back. We ended up leaving day earlier just from being tired to wash dishes by hand

I loved the location, right in central Destin & right down the road from everything you’ll need, possibly walking distance depending on where you want to go. The condo was very clean and the view was great, along with all the facilities working properly. The owner was very helpful with assisting on extending the stay! I will most def be coming back here. The private beach was also a very big plus, I’ve been to Destin before, but this was my fiancées first time and I’m glad he was able to experience the private beach.

"Enjoyed the location and watching the birds on the beach."

The location on the beach was great. The facilities were excellent. Any thing we needed was there. The bed was a little on the soft side. The view of the beach was awesome.

The only thing I could think of was the bed a little too soft.

Pull out couch did not function properly. Everything was old and worn down. No pool as advertised.
