The balcony. Complimentary items were a nice touch. Location was good.

The glassware were old & scratched consider replacing. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Airfryer was dirty inside.

Everything! The place was so neat and tidy. It was so nice to see the little things like the milk and water in the fridge, the tea and coffee. Was super excited to see the air fryer!😄
