USUSThe location of the property was very convenient and made it easy to get around. The property was clean and easy to get into. There was plenty of space for two of us and it was fairly quiet. Our contact was prompt and professional and when there was an issue with the water heater while we there, it was taken care of right away and they made sure to call us and make sure we wouldn't be inconvenienced while they fixed it.
The outside of the property was dirty and someone had spilled the trash cans and broken bottles were on the sidewalk and steps down to the laundry area. This may have been no fault of the owner or manager and I informed them of this and they said they would take care of it right away. The only other thing was that we wished we had more towels and the thermostat was being weird and that was also addressed right away.
CAComfy and cozy. Has everything you need in a small apartment with a small balcony off the kitchen.

The bed was a tiny bit hard for my preference (I’m a side sleeper).
USlocation and neighborhood was decent and picturesque. Great views of Pittsburgh. the apt. was old but cleaned with broken furniture in it
no climate control!! the apt was 63 deg with no controls. The queen mattress was awful. Still have backpain from it. the couch felt like it was getting ready to collapse.
