Very nice stay , spacious, quiet and peaceful and great location I would definitely stay there again

Black mold in all the air vents. The floor needed replaced. They had gotten wet and were coming up. Also I had requested no stairs. We had two flyers of them. We had to move out do to the black mold. Was promised a full refund. We have yet to receive it. Very hard to get help over the phone.

This property was a dream to stay in! So close to everything! On a few of our outings we wanted to come back to the condo so that made it so easy with it being near to everything. Before arrival we were given our door code so check in was a breeze. This property was spotless and very homey. Property was completely stocked with everything that we could ever need. We did bring our own snacks and drinks so that helped save a lot of time and money! The trash dumpster and pool are just outside the front door so easy access to both. The occupants who do live at the property, in other units, were all so nice and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our stay! Even got to play with their dogs since we had to leave ours at home this trip. My husband especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch both covered and uncovered and watching the golf course get going each morning while drinking his coffee. We are planning a trip back sometime in the fall or winter to experience SDC that time of year and I will plan that trip to be able to stay at this property! We will continue to stay here every time we visit. This was our first stay and won’t be the last! Thank you for making our trip so comfortable! I wish I would have taken photos of the property for my review but I didn’t think about it. I will next visit!

Well, but I didn’t like about this property was the vent coming into the front door if you look straight up, it was filthy and had mold on the side black mold, the showers, the shower curtain, and the room my stadium had mold in it in the bathroom that my daughter with my grandson, it had some mold in it as well under the couch and loveseat was very, very dirty and not been cleaned

The patio was very nice and very beautiful site that you could see places around the area

The bathroom doors needs adjustments in order to close them and open them, remote controls for the fans need batteries or replace to turn off the lights

All was better than expected. Clean, recently remodeled. My only dislike was the beds in the double room were very uncomfortable to me.
