The private garage is cool, the appartment is in modern and safe quarter and is big enough. The equipment is full and in the big part functional. No problems with key. The owner responds quickly on our questions.

Somebody who lived before us, has smoked in the living room very very heavily. The sofas, cushions, everything stunk with sigaretts smoke, we have problems to find something to sleep that not stunk. The stunk cushions and blankets were not replaced before our arrival. In the kitchen there were not enough cuttlery, dishes and glasses. The table is small, just four chairs. There was no tabs for dishwasher, so we could not use it. The oven is not functional. Last but no least, there was a problem with electricity. Sometimes it just goes out completely off and we have to switch on the single circuits one by one, to exclude the problem circuit (it was in the kitchen) So, there is some electrical problem.

I liked the fact that the pets were allowed which was a very important point for our family.

I didn’t like the fact that apartment was not clean. There were visible marks that the cleaning was done superficial. The parking place was awful. It was very hard to park our car: too small, not enough space to drive through the underground parking place. The building was not finished yet and there was a lot of dirty things: the underground parking place for example. The apartment does not have AC and it was hard to survive in a hot summer day. The bathroom didn’t have any soap to wash. The recipient was empty 😔

Great communication from owner. Hot shower, clean sheets, nice towels. Had plenty of cookware and nice appliances if you needed. Had good hair dryer, iron, tvs were nice. Internet was blazing fast. Underground parking.

Since I should write something, the shower nozzle holder was mounted too low to be able to use the shower without always holding the hand-held.
