Location near SM mall. Courtyard and pool area very clean and cozy

The apartment was old and worn out. Untidy. Dishes and cutlery, furniture, cupboards, bathroom. Worn out and untidy. Some of the cupboard doors were broken. The bed was the only thing that was new. The apartment needs a complete renovation. The view from the balcony to the backyard was like looking at a garbage dump. Not value for money. I do not recommend

Great location. The communal pool, gardens and basketball Court were a winner. There was also a washing machine and an effective drying area on the roof

There were misrepresentation. The picture from the windier in the description, was taken from an angle that did not show the true view. The true view is of a demolition site wish lies of rubbish on it. It's very unsightly, that's an understatement. The cooker in the kitchen is disconnected and on top of it sits a 1 ring heater. This is not a siren in the pictures

The property is easy to find. All instructions about checking in, where to find the keys, checking out were detailed in the email. the kitchen was equipped with what we needed for a good stay, a fridge, microwave, stove top and cooking utensils, including plates and cutlery.

There was a mix up with our registration at the guard house, which could have been avoided since we have sent our names and IDs in advance, the guards were not helpful even as they have to request us to call our host twice.

No aircodition in sitting room could not open curtains as looking derictly into scrap yard and workers looking derectly in the apartmet loud music been played constantly outside in scrap yard tv in bedroom not in sitting room furniture needs replacement
