Logement très bien situé et à proximité de la plage. Il dispose d’un parking, ce qui est très pratique. L’appartement dispose d’une vue sur la mer. Toutes les informations pour récupérer les clés du logement nous ont été communiqués par whatsapp : RAS.

Toutefois, le bâtiment est à l’abandon et délabré : réception fermée, espaces communs non nettoyés (plein de saletés au sol et de toiles d’araignées au plafond). Autre petit point négatif : le matelas est extrêmement dur, on a l’impression de dormir sur une planche de bois.

La proximité d' une très belle plage et de la presqu'île de la Caravelle. Lit adulte confortable (pas la banquette) L'accueil.

La vétusté de la résidence (hôtel fantôme mal entretenu) et de l' appartement (équipements insuffisants pour 4 (manque bol), une chaise de cassée, lit couchette trop petit pour 2 adultes et même pour 2 enfants Le manque d'entretien de la piscine.
