Very cosy, well equipped accommodation with everything needed. Welcome breakfast bits were very much appreciated. Ideal location.

It was great for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast items that were left were very nice and appreciated.

The first door was difficult to lock.

Lovely apartment, Marie was a very attentive host and made sure she left all the essentials. Brilliant location and great value for money. Very comfortable bed.

The host left a range of 'goodies' for us on arrival, eg milk, eggs, bagels, butter, tea, coffee & olive oil. This was really appreciated.

The access to the property. Parking only permitted for drop-off and pick-up.

The flat was really central, near the church, so a really great location for easy walking into bars and restaurants. The flat was well equipped. We had also been left bagels and eggs and milk and coffee pods which was a nice set of extras for our stay. Everything was nice in the flat, although we did struggle to watch Glastonbury on the iplayer (bad signal breaking up?). There was an air fryer but no microwave (which we would have preferred on a short stay.) But these were small issues, as we spent most of our time out and about. The flat layout is well designed, so although not massive, it doesn't feel small at all.

The starting provision of tea/coffee/milk and a simple breakfast was a really welcome bonus. The apartment is really nicely provisioned and furnished. Communication in advance was really helpful.

The nearest carpark is 500m away which could be tricky with baggage - not unusual for Lyme Regis but worth knowing.

The bed linen was lovely and Marie’s thoughtfulness in leaving us tea, milk and food for breakfast was very appreciated.

Finding Flat no.8 tested us a bit as it is around the side of The Gables, but we got there in the end!
