Convenient location for trams to access the city. Large rooms and spacious house.

I sent this message to the management company 4 days ago and have still had no response. Before leaving a review on Booking.com, I wanted to make you aware of several problems that we encountered on our recent stay. - the house was generally grubby, not unlike a student house. - stains on all of the carpets, cushions and sofas - thick cobwebs that must have been there for months hanging from all ceilings - flies on the windowsills - my daughter slept on a towel in her bed on the top floor as the sheet had hairs on it - there were no toiletries as listed - we had to visit the garage opposite to buy shampoo and shower gel - no hot water (when contacted, Jay was very helpful but the link to sort the boiler did not work, we had to find a you tube video ourselves and fix the boiler) - the property advertises free private parking, however it is parking on a nearby road if you can find a space - the advert and photos suggest it is NEW and are very deceptive - We thought it was very expensive at £290 per night anyway, so expected a really good quality stay that should have been spotless I have been lucky enough to stay at over 20 properties through booking.com and have never experienced a problem or such poor quality, it really ruined our stay in Manchester
