"Could not check in – misleading address and no service provided."

Nothing – I was not able to check in or use the property at all.

The official Booking confirmation listed the wrong address (6300 Zuma Mesa Dr). The real access instruction was hidden deep in a long message thread and impossible to notice when arriving late at night. I drove to the confirmed address, but the entrance was unmarked and inaccessible. I even called Booking.com customer service that night, but no help was provided. In the end, I had to find another hotel at midnight. This property is misleading and not accessible as advertised.

"Not as nice as on pictures"

Size

Very old. I believe everything is from the 70's. It looks better on pictures as in reality. It needs a bigger renovation. Not what I have expected.
